De compacte Sungai bank dankt zijn tijdloze schoonheid aan het eenvoudige ontwerp en het gebruik van hoogwaardige natuurlijke materialen. De zitting is geweven van robuust zeegras dat bestand is tegen zware belastingen, terwijl het frame is gemaakt van overgebleven takken van de teakboom die anders niet worden gebruikt in de meubelproductie. Hierdoor ontstaat de charmante uitstraling met de niet helemaal regelmatig gevormde poten en dwarsbalken, die een duurzaam alternatief vormen voor andere houtsoorten.

We hebben er bewust voor gekozen om geen lakafwerking te gebruiken om de natuurlijke kleur van het hout en zijn kleine imperfecties te benadrukken. Het resultaat is een meubelstuk dat uw kamer niet alleen een natuurlijke elegantie geeft, maar ook praktisch is. Sungai is veelzijdig: plaats hem voor je bed, in de gang of waar je maar wilt zitten. Onze producten zijn kunstig vervaardigde individuele stukken. Ze kunnen enigszins variëren in grootte, kleur en vorm als gevolg van de handmatige productie en natuurlijke variaties in materialen.

Hoofdmateriaal: zeegras

Onze banken zijn gemaakt van plantaardige vezels. Ze ruiken en voelen daarom heerlijk naar de natuur.

Wat door mandenmakers gewoonlijk ‘zeegras’ wordt genoemd, is eigenlijk geen (onder)waterplant, maar een kleine, palmachtige plant die wijdverspreid voorkomt op zandstranden in de tropen van Azië. De bladeren van de planten, die vaak door mensen worden gekweekt, worden gescheiden, in reepjes gesneden, gedroogd en vervolgens met de hand verwerkt.

Bij de selectie van onze lokale producenten hechten wij waarde aan een eerlijk loon en goede arbeidsomstandigheden. In de fabrieken waar we onze goederen kopen, werken we alleen met volwassen en ervaren ambachtslieden. Bij het productieproces worden geen schadelijke chemicaliën gebruikt. Omdat alle werkstappen met de hand worden uitgevoerd, genereert het productieproces nauwelijks uitstoot van broeikasgassen. 1.1 When will I receive my order?

Industrieel Huys does everything it can to meet the expected delivery time. In the unlikely event that we do not meet the expected delivery time, we will notify you. You will always see all current information via your Track&Trace. For some items, no track and trace is issued, but we work by appointment.

1.2 How long does the delivery take?

This depends on the product and whether it is in stock at our supplier. Because we work with European suppliers, we can guarantee a shorter delivery time. We usually deliver between 3 and 7 working days.

1.3 What delivery options do I have?

We work together with suppliers who can deliver your ordered products directly to your home or another location.

1.4 I have not received confirmation of my order

Log in viaMijn accountand check if the order is listed there. If that is the case, then the order has been received by us.

If you have not received a confirmation in your mailbox after ordering 60 minutes ago and the order is also not shown in your account overview, please contact customer service.

1.5 Can I still change my order?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You can still cancel the order and then place a new order with the changes you have. NB; this is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

1.6 What should I do if I accidentally ordered the same item multiple times?

Returns

4.1 My item arrived damaged or broken
We will solve that as soon as possible. If possible, you can return the product and we will come and collect it ourselves, free of charge of course. You can report this to us by calling us on 085 - 13 04 419 or by emailing admin@industrieelhuys.nl

4.2 What about warranty? Am I entitled to that?
Hell yes. We guarantee quality and therefore that our products remain in good condition under normal use. If something breaks within the legal term, we can see how we can fix it. This can be a repair or that we will refund the purchase amount to you.

New customer? During the ordering process you create a new account at the same time.
