Industrieel Huys doet er alles aan om de verwachte levertijd waar te maken. Mochten wij onverhoopt niet aan de verwachte levertijd voldoen dan geven we je een seintje. Via je Track&Trace krijg je alle actuele informatie altijd te zien.

Hoe langt duurt de bezorging?

Dit hangt af van het product en of deze op voorraad ligt bij onze leverancier. Omdat wij werken met Europese leveranciers, kunnen we een kortere levertijd garanderen.

Mag ik mijn artikelen retourneren?

Dat mag voor de meeste artikelen. Klanten hebben wettelijk het recht om een product binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst aan te melden voor retour zonder opgave van reden. Na deze melding heeft de klant NOGMAALS 14 dagen om het product daadwerkelijk retour te sturen. Bij Industrieel Huys heb je zelfs een bedenktijd van 30 dagen, zonder dat we je vragen stellen. Je kunt je artikel dan binnen de gestelde termijn van 30 dagen aan ons retourneren, mocht je hier om een of andere reden van af willen zien. Omdat we het de retour zelf bij je ophalen, heb je de volle 30 dagen om het product te retourneren mocht je dat echt wensen. Let op: sommige artikelen worden op maat en wens gemaakt, deze artikelen kun je niet retourneren. Op elke productpagina staat er bij retourbeleid wat er mogelijk is. Lees dit dus goed door.

Hoe snel word ik terugbetaald na retourneren?

Zodra het retourproduct bij jou is opgehaald streven wij ernaar jouw aankoopbedrag binnen 10 dagen over te hebben gemaakt.

Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed via our webshop. Industrieel Huys, part of Telco Mobile Service (hereinafter referred to as Telco Mobile Service), considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

Your account
Certain parts of our web store require you to register first. You will then need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use this to create an account, which you can log in to with that username and a password of your choice. For this we use your name and address details, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address and payment details. We do this on the basis of your permission. We will keep this information until you cancel the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change information through your account whenever you want.

Handling order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

We keep this information until your order has been completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.

The moment you place an order, the supplier will take care of the delivery of the product. They will receive your name, address, zip code, place of residence from us. This information is necessary for the supplier so that the right product can be sent to the right person and destination.

Contact Formand Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your permission. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. You can also report this via your account.

Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.

We keep statistics about the use of our web shop. With these statistics we improve our web shop to show, for example, only relevant information.
