Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed via our webshop. Industrieel Huys, part of Telco Mobile Service (hereinafter referred to as Telco Mobile Service), considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

In our processing, we comply with the requirements of privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:

  • clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data, via this privacy statement;
  • limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data necessary for legitimate purposes;
  • you first ask explicit permission to process your personal data in cases where your consent is required;

Telco Mobile Service is the data controller. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose at the webshop Industrieel Huys. We recommend that you read them carefully.

Your account
Certain parts of our web store require you to register first. You will then need to provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use this to create an account, which you can log in to with that username and a password of your choice. For this we use your name and address details, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address and payment details. We do this on the basis of your permission. We will keep this information until you cancel the account.

We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change information through your account whenever you want.

Handling order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your name and address details, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address and payment details. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information until your order has been completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.

We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data from us mentioned above. The companies we work with are our suppliers. The moment you place an order, the supplier will take care of the delivery of the product. They will receive your name, address, zip code, place of residence from us. This information is necessary for the supplier so that the right product can be sent to the right person and destination.

Contact Formand Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your permission. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. You can also report this via your account.

Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics about the use of our web shop. With these statistics we improve our web shop to show, for example, only relevant information. For this we use your e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information for six weeks.

Statistics
We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Our web store uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But we can also see that you visit us again.

When you visit our webshop for the first time, we show a message with an explanation about cookies. We will hereby ask for your consent to the use of these cookies.

You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things in our webshop will no longer work properly.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.

Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We constantly adjust the security and pay close attention to what can go wrong.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes. We will do our best to announce changes separately.

We collect reviews via the WebshopKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebshopKeur, you are obliged to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebshopKeur shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. WebshopKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases WebshopKeur may contact you to explain your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebshopKeur. They only use this information for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebshopKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebshopKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the provision of the service, for which we have given permission to WebshopKeur. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebshopKeur engages third parties.

If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. This is called the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
