1. Order & delivery1.1 When will I receive my order?
Industrieel Huys does everything it can to meet the expected delivery time. In the unlikely event that we do not meet the expected delivery time, we will notify you. You will always see all current information via your Track&Trace.
1.2 How long does the delivery take?
This depends on the product and whether it is in stock at our supplier. Because we work with European suppliers, we can guarantee a shorter delivery time.
1.3 What delivery options do I have?
We work together with suppliers who can deliver your ordered products directly to your home or another location.
1.4 I have not received confirmation of my order
Log in via My account and check whether the order is listed there. If that is the case, then the order has been received by us. If you have not received a confirmation in your mailbox after ordering 60 minutes ago and the order is also not shown in your account overview, please contact customer service.
1.5 Can I still change my order?
Unfortunately this is not possible. You can still cancel the order and then place a new order with the changes you have. NB; this is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
1.6 What should I do if I accidentally ordered the same item multiple times?
If your order has not yet been sent to you, you can still cancel it and then order the correct item. If your order is already on its way to you, you can return it or even refuse it at the door.
1.7 How does ordering at Industrieel Huys work?
You can easily order from us via the webshop.
1. Add an item to your shopping cart and go to order.
2. Check your order for correctness as delivery address, name, price and any shipping costs and delivery date.
3. Make the payment. This can be done via iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal or, if offered, via postpay or payment in installments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can also pass on your order by telephone, we will then prepare an order for you.
2. Cancel & return
2.1 Can I return my items?
That is allowed for most articles.
Customers have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this notification, the customer has ANOTHER 14 days to actually return the product.
At Industrieel Huys you even have a cooling-off period of 30 days, without us asking you any questions. You can then return your item to us within the stipulated period of 30 days, if you want to cancel this for any reason. Because we collect it from you ourselves, you have the full 30 days to return the product if you really wish.
Please note: some items are made to measure and on request, these items cannot be returned. On every product page it is stated in the return policy what is possible. So read this carefully.
2.2 Can I have my return collected?
Your return will be picked up by our courier as standard. If you have registered your return, you will receive instructions from us on how to return your item(s).
2.3 How do I return my items?
If you want to return an ordered item, please do so within 30 days. Report it to us through your account by logging in. Or you can also call, app or email us! Of course you can also use the chat.

2.4 Can I still cancel my return notification?
This is of course always possible. Let us know and we will ensure that we cancel the return.
2.5 How do I know if you have received my return?
As soon as you have registered your return, we will inform you of your return by e-mail.
2.6 How soon will I be refunded after returning?
As soon as the return product has been collected from you, we aim to transfer your purchase amount within 10 days.
3.1 How can I pay?
You pay securely with different payment methods, see below:
- iDEAL: safe and reliable payment for all Dutch bank card holders.
- Bancontact: secure and trusted payment via the online environment of your own bank.
- Credit card: via Mastercad, Maestrom, Visa, American Express and other credit cards.
- Paypal: via your PayPal account you can pay with your balance or your linked bank card or credit card.
- Klarna: pay easily afterwards when you have received your items.
4. Warranty & Repair
4.1 My item arrived damaged or broken
We will solve that as soon as possible. If possible, you can return the product and we will come and collect it ourselves, free of charge of course. You can report this to us by calling us on 085 - 13 04 419 or by emailing email@example.com
4.2 What about warranty? Am I entitled to that?
Hell yes. We guarantee quality and therefore that our products remain in good condition under normal use. If something breaks within the legal term, we can see how we can fix it. This can be a repair or that we will refund the purchase amount to you.
5. My account5.1 How do I create an account?
New customer? During the ordering process you create a new account at the same time.
If you don't have anything in mind yet, go to 'Register' on the Home page at the top right. You can already create a new account there. Or create an account directly from here: Register
5.2 I forgot my password
Can happen of course, don't panic; request a new password immediately.
Enter your email address and we will email you a link to set a new password in no time.
5.3 How do I change my data?
Have you moved or do you have a new name? Then change your details in your account.
5.4 Where are the details of my order?
Are you already logged in? Then go directly to your orders.
If not, log in to your account, then go to orders.
5.5 Where can I find my invoice?
This can be found in your personal environment. Log in with your details and then go to My invoices.
